After growing up in the industry and doing a stint in the ESPRIT design department, she went on to become a co-owner of Gimme Shoes in San Francisco. Leigh grew the company from a tiny startup into a thriving multi-million dollar, three store operation and award-winning custom programmed e-commerce website.
Leigh phased into consulting and mentoring other business owners, bringing emerging brands to market and developing growth strategies. She is adept at understanding client’s motivations, financial needs and company culture as well as functionality, aesthetic design and product needs.
Experienced in the areas of strategic and financial planning, merchandising, customer experience, product development, store operations and HR, expansion - including site selection and construction process, e-commerce, trade shows and showrooms, and marketing.
